Workplace Needs Assessments – All disabilities
Taking into account both manager observations and the employees current areas of difficulty, a balanced assessment report is produced which will make recommendations to help support the individual perform to their fullest potential. The report will outline no/ low cost solutions along with strategy training and assistive technology.

Workplace Strategy Coaching – All disabilities
Working with the individual and involving their manager, we help support the development of strategies to ensure effective working. Our coaches have pan disability knowledge and expertise in most commercial sectors, helping to achieve the goal of independent work / study.

Assistive Technology Training
Carried out by fully accredited trainers in all locations throughout the UK.

Employer Disability Awareness Training.
Knowledge is key !! By ensuring your managers have a good understanding of what a disability is, the characteristics and what reasonable adjustments should be considered helps in early identification and signposting to available support. The implications of current legislation such as the Equality Act is also cover, ensuring an organisation wide understanding of its responsibilities.

Dyslexia / SpLD diagnostic assessments.
A diagnostic assessment will help identify your areas of specific strength and help explain why you may be experiencing challenges in others. The assessment report will also make suitable recommendations based on your profile, to help you move forward and raise awareness of measures that are helpful for you. The report can also be used to support any funding applications or when applying for examination access arrangements.
